  • Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent further charges.
  • Once a billing cycle has started, cancellations will only take effect from the next cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • Since InfoVCard.online provides digital services, refunds are generally not available once the service is activated.
  • However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Failure of service delivery from our side (e.g., account not activated after successful payment).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Trial & Non-Refundable Services

  • If a free trial is offered, customers are encouraged to use it before subscribing to a paid plan.
  • Any setup fees, customization charges, or promotional services are non-refundable.
